PRUNE copywriting

• After initial consultation, a written estimate for services will be drafted
• Once estimate has been accepted, we require a 1/3 up front deposit for project to begin
• We reserve the right to charge additional "rush fees" of at least 25% of the total project cost for jobs with deadlines of 48 hours or less or jobs assigned on Thursday/Friday and due on Monday/Tuesday
• If project is killed for any reason after completion of the copywriting, we are entitled to full payment of agreed upon fee
• If project is killed during copywriting stage, we are entitled to full payment of all hours invested up to that point
• All fees quoted include all concepting and copywriting, two rounds of revisions within 30 days, and one additional meeting, if necessary
• Additional meeting time will be billed at our hourly rate
  
• Additional revisions, due to a change of direction on client's part, will be billed at our hourly rate
• Once project is finished, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent.  Payments are to be upon receipt.
